Hi! My name is Stephanie (Steph, Tephy, any other variation you please) and twenty-
something is my personal blog. At 23 I made a big change in my life: I moved 1,000 miles from Pittsburgh, PA to Orlando, FL to live with my long-distance boyfriend of over a year. After getting settled, the move gave me a fresh perspective on life, one I was very inspired to begin writing about. Twenty-something is my collection of thoughts and experiences about being at this stage in my life, in addition to all the ups and downs of being on the path to adulthood. While I have a lot to share with you, I also have a TON to learn, so I hope you enjoy following me on my personal journey through the best years of my life.

In addition to writing, I also enjoy the following (in no specific order): photography, spending time with John and our dog Bally, reading a great book, pizza/ice cream/cookies/chocolate/all things good, the beach, a pretty throw pillow and scented things.

If you still want to know a little more, read my official introduction/about me post here.

Thanks for stopping by and as always feel free to contact me anytime through email: stephanie.patterson@live.com

My boyfriend’s name (like yours!) is John & he has plans on moving here to be with me, but things keeps getting in the way. I keep getting discouraged. Thanks for posting; you’re someone I can relate to!(:

Your blog is adorable! I am obsessed with everything about it. I will be graduating from college in two years and I’m so scared about what will happen after that, but your posts help me see that it might not be as bad as I think. (: xoxo

Hello! Thanks for stopping by and commenting 🙂 Pittsburgh is great in the summer – so much to do and it seems like it has only evolved even more since I left. It feels so good to be in one place now for a few years versus the annual moving I did when I was in Ohio, then Pittsburgh for school. I just checked out your blog and can totally relate to your dentist post. It has been 3 years for me (YIKES) and I have the same irrational fear of going. I’m dreading it, but I am making myself go this month. Fingers crossed I won’t need any major work 🙁 Have a great day and thanks for your comment! -Stephanie
